Very tasty food from the starter, the greeting from the kitchen or the main course was all very tasty and the service was very friendly.

The menu is rather clear, but very vegan and vegetarian-friendly. But there is also something for meat eaters. Extra requests are easily catered for and overall the staff is courteous and friendly. The food tastes delicious and fresh. There is nothing wrong with it.

The two of us went to eat at the GenussZentrale after visiting Heide Park. My company and I go out to eat regularly. Gladly also more expensive. We hadn't expected to be so well catered for in an inner courtyard in Soltau. Everything was just right that evening. The young dedicated waiter served us perfectly and was very friendly. The food was excellent and, above all, freshly prepared without exception. My rump steak (I prefer the English preparation) was on point and not, as so often, bloody but served cold. No, it was really English cooked here and still warm. The homemade sauce with it was a dream. The pointed cabbage as a starter was also unusual but soooo good! I could write a lot more about food, but I recommend everyone to get their own picture. We will come back. To Heide Park and then to the GenussZentrale. Thank you for the really nice evening.

Friendly staff on the phone and in the restaurant, plus really great food, nicely presented. The menu is rather small, but I don't think that's a disadvantage if there is something for every taste (including vegans). Unfortunately the gluten-free noodles were all out, but the curry with rice was great too. And the cook was so attentive that he even asked again because of the traces of gluten in the spice mixture. We had a lovely evening with fantastic food and can't understand the negative reviews. But with 1 rating and 1 star, there are often only envious competitors ...

I absolutely cannot understand the bad reviews. Already on the phone to make a reservation, I was thrilled by the friendliness of the employee. Six of them ordered six different dishes and starters. All delicious and the portion size was decent. The menu speaks for quality as quantity but there is basically something for everyone (vegetarians / vegans / gluten-free), unfortunately the gluten-free pasta was out today. The prices are definitely justified for the quality! And the waitress was very polite and tried hard. Nothing to complain about.

In addition to the fact that there was no drinks menu and the starter was feta bread soaked in fat, the main course was not very successful either, the pasta was very sour and partly tasteless. The mushroom schnitzel was served max. 2 tablespoons of sauce for 2 large schnitzels that were also totally dry. As a positive side note, I can praise the staff ??

The home-baked bread was delicious. However, if you already offer sauerkraut, you should have it there too. However, it can happen. What must not happen is that you get the saddle of pork served half raw. Which would also be nice if you also had a drinks menu. Still, it was okay.

The pizza with goat cheese and ricotta was just delicious and something different.

We stopped here on the way back to Hessen, ate very tasty, very nice people .. Recommended .. and we will be happy to take a break here again .. Thank you very much!

Bright and friendly restaurant. We were served very nicely with two children. The menu is not particularly large, but the selection is sufficient. There should be something for every taste! And the food was delicious. We are happy to recommend it!
